About your discussion about giving “a quirky personality” to personal assistants lire Siri, Alexa and others, it’s something that you have to tread carefully. I’d say it’s a cute idea, just make sure it’s something you can pick and choose, and have a base, more bland should we say, regular way of interacting. For example, my voice message box on Virgin Mobile, the system voice used is like a vamp girl trying to seduce you. Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up. It doesn’t offend me, but I can imagine a scenario (especially these days) where some clients might jump the gun. Anyway, informative podcast, I like it!
